Areas that I Work In
Market Research

What is marketing without research? Research is a significant component of any program. From my work at Intuit in their usability lab to experience creating TAM, SAM, and SOM* I know that research is critical to guide strategic decision making . You can allocate resources effectively by investing in this important area.

Clinical Research

I have spent years working on clinical research projects as part of product development efforts - worldwide. From running studies in Germany and China to Texas at MD Anderson. I learned from market leaders who continue to be my inspriraton today.

Business Process Optimization

Trained in LEAN, and VALUE Process Mapping, I work with organizations to optimize aspects of thier business from the sales funnel to service delivery. Goal: reduce costs and improve satisfaction. The beginning of this process starts with discovery.

How does Market Resarch Help Companies?

Market Research graphic

  1. Informed Decision-making:  provides accurate and up-to-date information, enabling companies to make informed decisionss: i.e. identify opportunities and mitigate risks by analyzing market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  2. Situation analysis, strategy, marketing program development, and implementation are my cornerstones across diverse research projects.
  3. Identifying Target Markets: By understanding target markets we learn needs, desires, and behaviors of ideal customers. Companies can better tailor their products, services, and marketing to resonate with their target audience when starting with research.
  4. Developing Effective Marketing Strategies: Market research provides insights into customer preferences, buying habits, and what they care about, and what drives them [psychilogical buying]. Enabling companies to effectively reach and engage their key audience, resulting in higher conversion rates.
  5. Insights into BPI – Streamline Processes: By identifying and rectifying BPI process inefficiencies, businesses can significantly streamline operations. This translates into time savings, reduced waste, and enhanced productivity. The ROI is proven through improved customer satisfaction, increased throughput, and lower operational expenses. See Vista Center example on Giving Back.
*TAM, SAM, SOM = Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM)
