I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the best agencies early on in my career and applied their logic, design thinking to website development and product innovation. This experience has influenced how I look at websites and digital experiences: visually stunning + conversion orientated.

At Vocera [owned by Stryker] I managed an enterprise website [deep / wide] and over 70 Microsites. We became conversion experts. Build a page = convert 55% of visitors to MQL. By managing the site as a product, we improved marketing contribution from 10% to 45%.  Connect with me to learn more.

Social Media Ads / Campaign Strategy
Crafting a successful outbound campaign requires a combination of strategic planning, engaging content, and proper ad placement. For digital ads, typically video content is more effective. Keys to keep in mind:
  1. 4.2Theme’s help align your team or your program
  2. Compelling copy and visuals are crucial.
  3. Paid programs should always be analyzed and optimized for best results [In stages. 20-30-40 days etc.]
  4. In market ads, DRTV etc need to align with email marketing. Email falls flat when sent alone.
I’ve run hundreds of paid programs and it pays to do the prep work.  Too many marketers skip this step which leads to poor campaign performance.
